Accommodation Features
Large comfortable 2 storey executive home in the heart of historic
Milton, on the South Coast NSW Australia set on a one acre block.
It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accommodating 10 people (2
queen beds, 6 single, one bedroom with ocean views). The house
is beautifully furnished, perfect for family groups having several
living areas, a well-equipped kitchen and an 11.3m in-ground
solar heated saltwater pool.
Country Retreat
In a beautiful country setting, Serendipity is within a short walking distance (approx. 600m) of the restaurants, cafes, pubs, antique shops and galleries of Milton. It is only a few minutes drive to the beaches of Mollymook, Narrawallee and Lake Conjola, as well as both Mollymook golf courses.
Serendipity is more like a resort than a house and is the perfect south coast getaway.
What else you need to know
Serendipity is non-smoking accommodation, although smoking is
permitted outdoors where butts and other rubbish can be disposed
of in the bins provided. Regretfully, we cannot accommodate
pets. The property is not suitable for noisy parties and schoolies.
Minimum Stay: 2 nights. Bed linen supplied. Please bring your
own towels.
Location
Located in a tranquil rural setting of meadows with sweeping
coastal and mountain views, Milton is approximately 2.5 hours
south of Sydney on the Princes Highway and 2.5 hours from Canberra.
In Milton one can discover art galleries, craft shops, homeware
delights, antiques and many cafes. Milton has a delightful theatre
which has live acts on many weekends featuring overseas, as well
as local artists.
Milton South Coast
Milton boasts many festivals including the Scarecrow Festival
at the June long weekend and Escape Arts Festival in October.
The coast offers superb uncrowded beaches such as Mollymook and
Narrawallee for swimming and fishing as well as the relaxing
coastal walks which feature wildflowers and coastal forest.
