Terms and Conditions
- Check in is 2pm checkout is 10am.
- Late checkout are subject to availability and may incur additional cost.
- We accept Cash, cheques (well in advance of stay), visa, mastercard, Eftpos and Amex (4% surcharge on total of your account).
- A deposit equivalent to one night's tariff per room is required on all non-peak season bookings.
- A 50% deposit is required on peak season bookings.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit paid.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will require full payment of all booked accommodation unless the rooms are re-let (in entirety) and in that case a fee equivalent to the deposit will be charged.
- After arrival, no refund is payable due to cancellation/alteration of the booking.
- All room and apartments are non-smoking. If you choose to ignore this policy you may be liable to an additional cleaning charge.
- Rooms are to be left clean and tidy, otherwise additional charges may apply.
- All breakages and damage must be paid for.
- Pets are not permitted.
- One parking space only is allocated per room or apartment.
Management reserves the right to reject patrons (without refund) who are considered to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, are noisy or boisterous or disturbing other guests, who cannot pay for their accommodation in advance, who do not finalise their account upon arrival, or cannot prove they are the person they say they are.
Whilst all care is taken by the management of Dolphins of Mollymook Motel to provide the facilities and services as described, there are occasions when due to circumstances beyond our control such as renovations, other providers' failures of service etc, that the provisions described cannot be met. Dolphins of Mollymook Motel cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether permanent or temporary, of our property's facilities and services. Photos and descriptions are indicative only.
Guests are reminded that the cost of replacement or repair of any item that may go missing or that is damaged beyond fair wear and tear and caused by the guests or their visitors will be charged to their account and subsequently charged to their credit card provided at time of check in.
Please note that all travel documents, observance of laws and regulations of various Governments are your responsibility. Every effort is made to ensure that information in this website is correct. Information and rates are subject to change without notice. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. We suggest that the policy should include, but not be limited to the following cover - loss of money through cancellation and medical expenses.
